On Monday evening, the Montrose Fire District held its annual Re-Organizational Meeting. During the meeting, the 2026 Fire Officers were officially sworn in.

The 2026 Fire Officers are as follows:

Chief: Kyle Hanney
1st Assistant Chief: Thomas Gilleo
2nd Assistant Chief: Thomas O’Brien

Captain: Mike Hrycko
1st Lieutenant: Johannes Marselis
2nd Lieutenant: Andrew Grant

Also sworn in were:

Scott Cole – Commissioner

Ed Snyder

Fire Police Officers:

Gilbert Morello – Captain

Sal Zito – Lieutenant
