| On Thursday, July 23, the Montrose Fire Department and Cortlandt Engine Company, led by Charles W. Dickerson, participated in a parade in Mahopac. After dedicating significant time to preparing and cleaning the apparatus, the team’s efforts were recognized as they received the Best Overall award. This marks the third consecutive win for the season.
With two more parades remaining, the department invites the public to attend and show support as they participate in the Ossining parade on August 7.
